Terra Gardens provides educational resources and services blending gardening with astronomy. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

  • Adhere to any guidelines or instructions provided within workshops or courses.

3. Purchases and Payments

Terra Gardens offers various products and services for sale, including design consultations, workshop registrations, online course enrollments, and niche guides/publications. All prices are listed in USD.

3.1 Pricing and Availability

Prices for our Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any Service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment for all Services must be made through the methods designated on our website. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you provide is true and accurate. By initiating a transaction, you authorize Terra Gardens to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

3.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policy varies by Service:

  • Workshops & Consultations: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled event or consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3-6 days are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.
  • Online Courses: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
  • Publications (Digital): Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once downloaded or accessed.
  • Publications (Physical): Refunds for physical publications are subject to our return policy, detailed on the product page. Typically, items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, guides, videos, course materials, workshop designs, and software used on the Terra Gardens website and within its Services, is the property of Terra Gardens or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Site's functionality.
